Help & Support

Click Sign In / Register in the top right. Choose Register, pick a username and password (don't use your real Epic password). After that you can log in with the same credentials.

You must be logged in. Then open any active lobby from the hub — the custom key is revealed only for signed-in users.

Each lobby has its own rules in the details popup. General rules: no teaming, no stream sniping, no sharing custom keys publicly, and no toxicity. Breaking rules can get you banned.

Lobbies are created by authorized CompCustoms hosts through the admin panel. Regular players cannot create official lobbies.

The backend may be sleeping (free hosting) or temporarily down. Wait a few seconds and click Try Again. If it keeps failing, the server is restarting — try again in 30–60 seconds.

Password reset is not available yet. Create a new account with a different username, or contact an admin if you need your old account recovered.
